WE ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES IN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES, UNITED STATES TERRITORIES AND CANADA.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 4-7 business days.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE on all Contiguous U.S. orders and automatically calculated, prior to submitting your payment information, for U.S. Territory and Canadian orders of $100 and under. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 4-7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:

  1. First class mail (15 - 30 business days)
  2. Priority mail (10 -15 business days)
  3. Express Mail (5 -10 business days)

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and you will be able to track your order on www.nchcollection.com using the email address or phone number you provided at checkout and your order number. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package but is not an actual tracking number.

CUSTOM FEES?

A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any.  If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us. 

 ***SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

 A $10 shipping surcharge on domestic orders applies to customers living outside the contiguous United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping offers do not apply to furniture.
